Lumière handles manufacturing defects and non-conforming products while preserving consumer rights under applicable law.
EMS device warranty
The EMS device is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from purchase within Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Ministry of Commerce requirements. Warranty rights are not limited to 30 days.
Coverage applies to manufacturing faults during use in accordance with the product manual. Accidental breakage, misuse, liquid damage and unauthorized modifications are excluded unless caused by a product defect.
Tools, flexible mask and bundle
If a product arrives defective, incomplete or different from the order, contact us for a remedy under your statutory rights. For bundles, the device warranty applies to the EMS device; defects in other items are handled according to their nature.
How to request service

- We review the issue and explain inspection, return and shipping steps before you send the product.
- Repair, replacement or refund is provided as appropriate under applicable consumer rights, without a fixed depreciation deduction or undisclosed fees.
Please pack returned items securely. Keeping the invoice and accessories helps processing; prior serial-number registration is not required to exercise statutory rights.
Warranty and returns
Warranty covers eligible faults and defects and does not promise a specific cosmetic result. Results vary by person. Non-defect returns are governed by applicable law and the nature of the product. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
